I had a great experience with Patriot Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical from start to finish. Our control board burned out, and Stephen quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the control board under warranty, repaired the wiring, and thoroughly tested the system to ensure proper voltage (24V) throughout, including at the thermostat. His attention to detail and technical expertise were very reassuring. Their response time was incredibly fast, and the scheduling process was smooth and efficient, which made everything much easier during a stressful situation. What really stood out was their willingness to help verify my warranty coverage, saving me both time and money — something I truly appreciated. A special thank you again to Stephen. He was professional, knowledgeable, and proactive, taking the time to clearly explain the issue and even pointing out potential future concerns. He came out multiple times as needed and helped coordinate parts, and throughout the process, he consistently demonstrated care and attention to detail. Overall, he gave me real peace of mind. This was a reliable, honest, and high-quality service experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work — and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Called on a Saturday morning and Devin showed up within the hour to diagnose a leaking water heater. Was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and gave several options to fix the issue. Anyone in flowery branch with plumbing hvac or electrical issues don’t hesitate to call patriot!

Tech Brennan was polite and courteous from his arrival to his departure. Very knowledgeable and even showed me what he was talking about while diagnosing my AC unit. Offered me several repair options at different price points that worked for me. Would recommend Patriot and will be calling again with any issues like this in the future.

Both Lance and Devin were attentive and detail-oriented. Number one, Lance listened to my needs and offered a fair solution. Lance was always on time and kept me informed until the job was complete. He answered every question ( and there were a lot) about the water filtration system and the tankless hot water system. His patience and knowledge are superb. This was my first experience with Patriot; my wife and I are beyond excited about this company. We will continue to use and recommend this company for our Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs. Patriot...Septic System Clean out and repair WIZARDS!! We have been in a rental that we were told was on sewer service. It was actually on a 1970s septic tank - Horrible explosion of filth from every toilet and sink in the house, including the kitchen. I made 1 frantic call to Patriot. They called right back and within a couple hours they made it to Duluth Ga to assess the situation. They were honest, straight forward, discussed and showed us the problems right away and throughout. They had upfront prices and discussed with us what needed to be done and any additional charges for additional Necessary work before proceeding. The scope of the job was a septic tank that our landlords hadn't cleaned in at least 20 years. Zak worked really hard and even after it looked like they could do no more to fully fix this catastrophe, after several hours... He said let me just give it another 10 minutes and try something else & that effort after a lot of hard work all day- Zak got the problem resolved! Wow, thanks guys for going the extra mile!! These are some real salt of the earth kind of people. You just don't get that every day with today's service works - Prices were really reasonable and I would call on them again and again Honest, Reliable, Hard Working and pretty dang personable - Couldn't have asked for better folks... My husband and I thank you, appreciate you and Highly Recommend Patriot for All Septic Tank concerns!!!
