I had a great experience with Patriot Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical from start to finish. Our control board burned out, and Stephen quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the control board under warranty, repaired the wiring, and thoroughly tested the system to ensure proper voltage (24V) throughout, including at the thermostat. His attention to detail and technical expertise were very reassuring. Their response time was incredibly fast, and the scheduling process was smooth and efficient, which made everything much easier during a stressful situation. What really stood out was their willingness to help verify my warranty coverage, saving me both time and money — something I truly appreciated. A special thank you again to Stephen. He was professional, knowledgeable, and proactive, taking the time to clearly explain the issue and even pointing out potential future concerns. He came out multiple times as needed and helped coordinate parts, and throughout the process, he consistently demonstrated care and attention to detail. Overall, he gave me real peace of mind. This was a reliable, honest, and high-quality service experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work — and I will definitely use them again in the future.

The techs are very knowledgeable, their diagnosis was thorough yet swift, and their options / pricing on how to proceed are clear and upfront. They also provide information on how to do some diy maintenance offering suggestions while also offering to provide those services without pressure. This is the second time I have used Patriot and will continue to do so in the future. I have been a tradesman for well over 2 decades and can say that their guys are respectful, honest, presentable, and clear with the scope of work. Both Lance and Devin were attentive and detail-oriented. Number one, Lance listened to my needs and offered a fair solution. Lance was always on time and kept me informed until the job was complete. He answered every question ( and there were a lot) about the water filtration system and the tankless hot water system. His patience and knowledge are superb. This was my first experience with Patriot; my wife and I are beyond excited about this company. We will continue to use and recommend this company for our Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs.
